These competitors solict Domain Name holders to renew their account(s) by transferring it to them. These solicitations come in a variety of forms such as a telephone call or a letter sent through regular mail. A renewal letter could look like the following: Acting on these notifications can result in a loss of your Domain Direct services such as email or webhosting. These notifications will require you to transfer your domain away from Domain Direct. Domain Direct only contacts renewing domains through your email address and all of our company representatives will directly identify themselves as a member of the Domain Direct team. If you have any questions about your service, your domain name renewal or solicitations you receive from other companies, please feel free to contact us. You can also avoid this issue altogether by renewing early or adding additional years to your account.
