Email Forwarding redirects email that is addressed to your you@yourdomain.com address to another email address.

Example:
you@yourdomain.com -> you@yourisp.com

Email Forwarding is less powerful than full Email Accounts (no access to Webmail, storage space limited to what is available at the other email address, etc.) but requires almost no setup in your email program.
